Delete your RankReady GH data

RankReady GH is operated by Become a Citizen of Canada. It does not create a RankReady account or keep a central RankReady database of your study progress. A Google account is optional and is used only when you choose Google Drive backup.

1. Delete local study data from your phone

Your selected target rank, study progress, scores, achievements, theme preference, GES-news cache, and ad-frequency controls are stored locally on your phone.

1. Open Android Settings.
2. Choose Apps, then RankReady GH.
3. Open Storage and choose Clear data.

Uninstalling RankReady GH also removes its local app data. This does not delete a separate Google Drive backup, if you made one.

2. Delete your optional Google Drive backup

If you chose to back up your progress, open RankReady GH and go to Profile → Google Drive backup → Delete backup, then confirm. The backup file is deleted from RankReady GH's private app area in your own Google Drive. RankReady GH does not keep a second copy of it.

Disconnecting Google Drive only removes the connection; choose Delete backup to permanently remove the backup file. If you no longer have access to the app, contact us using the request below and we will explain the available options. We cannot access or delete other files in your Google Drive.

3. Request deletion of feedback or support records

When you voluntarily send feedback or a question report, it may include your name, email address, message, rating, app version, target rank, and question-report context. To request deletion of those identifiable records, email us using the button below. Include the email address you used when sending feedback, but never include a password, Google verification code, or other sensitive account information.

We will verify the request as needed and delete identifiable RankReady GH feedback and support records that we can locate within 30 days. We may retain only information required by law or necessary to resolve security, fraud, or legal issues; if that happens, we will explain it in our response.

What we cannot delete for you

• Local study data still stored only on your phone; use Android's Clear data option.
• Your Google Drive backup until it is deleted from the app, because it is stored in your own Google account and we do not keep a copy.
• Advertising data processed by Google Mobile Ads. You can use Google's My Ad Center and Android privacy controls to manage advertising settings.
